U CAN DO THE BEST!!!&lt;/span&gt;  kepada kengkawan yang punyer misi yang sama..mari kita sama2 berusaha untuk kehidupan yang lebih sihat... sekiranya saya tersasar dari landasan...maka tegurla saya...saya terima dgn hati yang terbuka.... air limau suam.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;lunch ( 2.30ptg)&lt;br /&gt;-1/2 mangkuk bihun sup &amp;amp; ABC satu cawan...( dah langgar pantang minum ais ni)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;dinner ( 8.00mlm )&lt;br /&gt;- 2 keping lempeng cicah sambal tempe...(ngidam sesangat ni) hubby leh sindir..aik kate x mkn nasi...tlg sikit yer.. ini tepung yer bukan beras...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;02.11.2009&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;breakfast ( 10.30)&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 keping pisang goreng&lt;br /&gt;- 1 liter teamix&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;aik....takkan itu sahaja... hehehe... baru kul 4.45... x sempat lunch lg terus membara...jgn hangat2 taik ayam sudah..... aku penah gak diet tanpa nasi b4 aku kawen dulu... aku cuma makan epal hijau ngan body lift( produk biodex) sebulan turun 10kg hokay... dr 65 ke 55kg... mase tu biase ler tgh bz nk kawen mana ade mase pk pasal makan... pas kawen jer.... sehari 4,5 kali melantak nasi.... tu yg naik x hengat sampai hangit di buatnya... nk menyesal pun benda dah lepas... so pas ni kalo laki aku ajak makan nasi...kuatkan semangat x mo makan .... aku ader darah tinggi...umur masih muda...31 tu muda ker??  kenalah jaga dr skrg... time aku pregnan dulu blood pressure aku penah naik sampai 200/95... giler kan... kelam kabut doktor2 pakar tu cari alternatif mcm mana nk turunkan darah aku tu... aku masuk bilik pesakit mengandung kritikal lagi tu...tp aku x tau pun..yg aku tau nurse dok terkejar2 sorong aku masuk dlm bilik tu... pastu laki aku masuk bilik tu dgn air mata bergenang2..aku dok heran..apsal diorg ni lain mcm jer.... kelam kabut.... suruh aku relax x leh bangun mana2...aku rase mcm sihat je... membuang air kecil pun x bg turun.... aku rase mcm tensen la plak.... rupa2nya...blood pressure aku tu boleh mengancam nyawa baby dan ibu... maksudnya organ baby ngan organ ibu bole rosak kalo x di kontrol.... alhamdulillah..nyawaku n baby dlm perut panjang.... w/pun baby ku terpaksa kuar melalui tingkap pada usia 31week dgn berat 1.15kg.... huhuhuhu..... sedih giler mase tu... pas bersalin x dpt jupe baby...pas 3 hari baru leh jupe time bdn dah kuat skit....&lt;br /&gt;kalo bole aku tak nak la our future baby menerima nasib yg type='text'>1st entry</title><content type='html'>Di mulakan dengan bismillah.......&lt;br /&gt;niat aku mencreate ini blog adelah untuk mendapatkan berat badan ideal..setelah 5 tahun bergelumang dengan lelemak yang semakin membiak di celah2 pinggang,perut,punggung,peha dan segala tempat yg tidak sepatutnya....&lt;br /&gt;tu niat pertama...niat kedua lak..aku nk join zel punyer kempen...yer..99 hari tanpa nasi starting on 1st nov until 07 feb...Insya'allah aku akan buat yang terrrbaaeekkkk punyeerrr... menyahut cabaran hubbyku yg ingin melihat aku kurus mcm mase kawen dulu.... time aku kawen dulu berat aku dlm 55kg.. selepas 5 tahun kawen...aku telah berjaya menternak lebih kurang 28kg lemak dalam badan aku... yer..betull..aku mmg penternak yg berjaya....&lt;br /&gt;niat yg ke 3... ini juga sebagai pembakar semangat aku...sebab sekarang ni aku baru masuk pertandingan cabaran langsing anjuran spa qaseh...starting on 4th oct till 4th jan 09. hari pertama aku timbang berat aku adelah 80.1kg... semalam timbang...alhamdulillah ade penurunan skettt sangattt..berat aku adelah 78.2kg..huhuhu... itu sudah 18 hari baru turun 1.9kg.. apa kes??? padahal..aku dah telan jus mate 5, herba life dan segala mcm bagai...&lt;br /&gt;jawapannyer..aku x diet nasi...aku tetap mkn nasi mcm biasa..itulah pasal berat aku turun lembap giler mcm siput sedut....&lt;br /&gt;starting today ... tak kira apa yg berlaku ...walau ribut dan taufan....aku mau jauhkan diriku yang gedabak ni dari nasi yg comey2 tu... i try my best.... esok aku stat upload gambar sebelum aku gemuk sampailah sekarang...huhuhu... rupa aku lagi tua...gi mana2 org mesti panggil kakak..padahal org tu lg tua dr aku....oh tidak... aku harus dan wajib kurus!!!!&lt;br /&gt;Dah dekat kul 5... time
